Before the Sale

Before you bring your items to drop-off

• Have all of your items hung and tagged.
• Double-check that all items have tags.

When you get to the sale

• Leave your items in your vehicle and come in to the check-in table. At the check-in table you will be given your Volunteer Pre-Sale Pass or Consignor Pre-Sale Pass and any final instructions.
• If you are a sale volunteer, make sure you receive your Volunteer Pre-Sale Pass. If you are a consignor, make sure you have your Consignor Pre-Sale Pass. Bring these passes back to the respective Pre-Sale when you come, as they are your "ticket" to get in!
• Once you have checked in, take a rolling rack (if needed) out to your vehicle and get your items. Please make sure clothing items are grouped by gender and size. If you have large items and need assistance with these items, please let us know and we will be glad to help you with them.
• A Tots 2 Teens Volunteer will then inspect your items for holes and/or blemishes.
• Once all your items have been inspected, you will place them in the proper place by gender and size on the sale floor.

 

After the Sale

When you arrive to the sale to pick up your items

• We suggest you do not arrive at 5:00 PM. At each sale, everyone has always arrived at 4:45 PM - 5:00 PM and has had to wait due to the number of people arriving at the same time.
• Please bring something with you to pick up the items that did not sell. We have limited number of rolling racks you may use to carry your items. However, if you do not wish to use a rolling rack, you will not have to wait as long.
• This is a change: We will have all items on hanger items gathered for you by consignor number. If we have time, we will gather items from other areas, however, that will depend upon the amount of volunteers we have. Please check all others areas for your items. It will be your responsibility to gather these items.
• Once you have gathered your items, you will need to go through check out.
• We will do everything possible to get you in and out of pick up as quickly as possible.
